Sarina Brewer is an internationally recognized artist working with taxidermy related materials. Her pioneering works of art gained attention in 2005 after they appeared on the front page of the New York Times art section in conjunction with the world's first Rogue Taxidermy art exhibition. Following the exhibition, images of her work began to saturate the internet and became the catalyst for a taxidermy art movement that continues to gain momentum exponentially. As a result of her efforts and those of her colleagues, rogue taxidermy is now acknowledged by the mainstream art world and taxidermy-related art has swept across the gallery scene. Brewer's work has gained cult status and a global following, appearing in major publications and art collections around the world. She remains a prominent figure within the art movement and her influential style can be seen throughout the genre.
